Welcome to Stormie’s Self-Paced School
Here you will find everything you need to get started with Post Licensing, and be on your way to becoming a full broker!
All three Post Licensing classes must be completed within 18 months from the day you received your license.
Each Post Licensing class is 30-hours, for a total of 90 hours.
You may take them in any order you would like.
Once you have completed all three Post Licensing classes, the “Provisional” status will be removed from your license, and you will be a “full” Broker.
There are many resources that will help you along the way, you can find them on our Student Resources page.
In particular, you will need a copy of the following four items:
North Carolina Real Estate Manual
Real Estate Licensing in North Carolina
North Carolina Real Estate Law and Commission Rules
Residential Square Footage Guidelines
Except for the North Carolina Real Estate Manual, these can be downloaded for free by clicking on the image above, or from NCREC.gov.
The Manual must be purchased through the Commission website.

How it Works
Self-Paced Post Licensing is taught through the Learning Management System (LMS) iSpring.
When we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase.
Within 24 hours, you will receive another email with your login information.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a password and enter the Self-Paced Classroom!
From there, you can begin the classes in which you are enrolled.
