Instructor: Stormie
The SRES will benefit Brokers by giving them an overview and honest picture of the life stages and needs of their maturing clients, and their maturing agents.
The Senior Real Estate Specialist Course is helping agents service their clients with better knowledge about the legal and transitional needs of a maturing client base. 10,000 Boomers are moving into retirement per day - with varied situations for each family.
This course opens agents eyes to issues they may not be aware of that can be helpful or harmful as people age and they leave feeling more prepared to help their clients, their communities and their own families.
The topics covered include housing options for people as their needs change - from an Empty Nest situation to Aging in Place and various Assisted Living type housing situations. Estates, Powers of Attorney and Reverse Mortgages are also explained in order to help agents know when the needs of their clients are outside their area of expertise and how to help them get the best help for the need of that client or family. When agents can serve these clients well, the process can be more efficient and less stress for everyone, enabling agents to help more clients and feel confident in the process.
